How the airport Lost & Found works · Как работает

1. Report your missing baggage as soon as possible (online here, or at the Lost & Found counter in the international terminal, open 24 hours).
2. You provide your ID, boarding pass, ticket and baggage tag stub. Сообщите данные рейса и багажной бирки.
3. Airport staff search for your baggage for up to 21 days from the date of your claim.
4. If it is not found, a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued, certifying the loss.
